I’ve spent more than ten years playing competitive softball — from travel ball to varsity high school to four years of collegiate softball as a captain and starter, and later pitching for a semi‑pro team. My coaching is built on a holistic wellness approach, blending sports psychology, mental resilience training, and mindful performance habits with high‑intensity conditioning, strength development, and focused softball skill work. I push my athletes physically while helping them build the mental tools that elevate their confidence, consistency, and game awareness. As a certified Reiki healer, I’ve always felt a deep connection to supporting and healing others, and I bring that grounding, intuitive energy into every session — creating an environment where athletes grow not just as players, but as whole people.
