Certified Private Coach and Reki Healer
Before creating Adler Athletics I have spent more than ten years playing competitive softball, from travel ball to varsity high school to four years of collegiate softball as a captain and starter, and later pitching for a semi‑pro team. My coaching is built on a holistic wellness approach, blending sports psychology, mental resilience training, and mindful performance habits with high‑intensity conditioning, strength development, and focused softball skill work. I push my athletes physically while helping them build the mental tools that elevate their confidence, consistency, and game awareness. As a certified Reiki healer, I’ve always felt a deep connection to supporting and healing others, and I bring that grounding, intuitive energy into every session, creating an environment where athletes grow not just as players, but as whole people.

Assistant Coach
Kelly Gaiser
Kelly brings a wealth of experience both on and off the field. A lifelong softball player and former standout on the Carthage softball team, she pairs her deep knowledge of the game with a natural talent for coaching. As an elementary teacher, Kelly’s patience, communication skills, and ability to connect with young athletes make her an invaluable mentor and a steady, positive presence on our staff.

Laure Razet
Laure brings elite athletic experience to our staff, having competed in tennis at a professional level for most of her life. Her background in high‑performance sport gives her exceptional insight into movement, coordination, discipline, and mental toughness — qualities that elevate every athlete she works with. Paired with our program’s deep knowledge in strength and conditioning, Laure adds a powerful blend of precision, competitive drive, and advanced athletic understanding to the Adler Athletics coaching team.
